Straight leg raising exs
stand with walker / 3-4 steps walk

DAY 4
IN ADDITION TO ABOVE
walk FWB with walker
turning in bed

DAY 5
- in addition to above
stair climbing , CANE /SUPPORT 4-6 WEEKS ONLY.

DAY 6 - walking with walker full weight bearing
