73 YR old female , operated elsewhere with a failed hip fracture surgery came to us , with this



preop CRP -
TC -WNL

we planned a revision -calcar replacement stem(intraop gram stain negative for bacteria)



cables and wiring (charnleys ) for trochanter


wiring of trochanter


calcar replacement long stem- in place with wires


bipolar head introduced




prosthesis reduced



wiring of trochanter done with cable(CHARNLEY)
